I have a love/love/love/hate/meh relationship with Instagram. I love the ease of posting photos to my multiple social media sites, and I love having quick scrapbooky way to preserve a memory, and I love being able to share my small biz moments as well. But then I often wonder if I'm over-sharing and annoying people with all my photos. And then I remember how easy it is to unfollow someone who overposts, and I assume if someone follows me, it's of their own free will, and seriously, who has time to worry about stuff like this?
I'm a fan of social media. I'm not tired of it yet. I have no sermons or theories for you about how you should go about it--it's like everything else, take it with a grain of salt. Some folks only put their best face forward, and some folks do nothing but complain. I certainly try to stay in the middle--i.e. Instagram is not my glamour shots gallery, nor is it my diary!
All that being said...
I want my site and blogs to be the same as my other social media sites...not just links to try to get you to buy my products! Because, boo! I know I unsubscribe from boring e-mail lists like that, so I wouldn't expect you to follow me if I was just a car salesman...unless you would, and then, um whatever, I don't know where that analogy was going...so here are some recent Instagrams!
