I'll be the first to admit I'm not great at devotional/Bible reading time. I have a short attention span--but I'm trying. I'm a music and movie lover (you may have noticed), but I've been making lots of changes lately--which means when I'm having a rough moment/day/week, instead of trying to zone out with food or noise, I turn on worship music. I go to the Creator. I go to His instruction manual (i.e., the Bible) and look for answers instead of googling for "self help" ideas or running my mouth off with complaints.
Consistency.
Determination.
Baby steps.
Life takes practice. (Who knew, right?)
