In an effort to be slightly more coordinated, I'm trying out a new method to track my planting. Sooo, my google calendar is starting to look something like this: I'm not sure when and why I might want to know exactly when I planted the basil, although I'm pretty sure it will be handy to keep track when I walk by a garden bed and wonder what in the world is growing when my plant markers have faded in the sunshine. There's much more planting to be done...hopefully these beds will be filling up soon. We're hoping to grow more than we need so we can share with the chickens and our family, of course. :D I just remember a lot of green tomatoes and cucumbers last year. This year should be a bit more intentional and diverse! And for fun, here's a snippet of the fog from this morning: The video won't show via the newsletter, so click through to view on the blog if you like fog and birds singing and that sort of thing: http://www.bohobear.com/duggins-castle |
