Today I am thankful for COLOR! When we first moved it was at the middle/endish part of winter, and I was immediately enamored with the sky. I was very much looking forward to seeing more stars at night, of course, but I hadn't realized how rising early and heading home later than usual makes for glorious sunrises and sunsets...and watching how that changes with the seasons...just wow. It's amazing how many things I was missing when we lived in the city and our view was constantly obstructed by houses and buildings and billboards. This is just God showing off (as well He should!). And so, speaking of color... I've started a new series on my stitchery blog...colors at the castle! Check it out, and follow along on Pinterest. |
Hi, I'm Kristi! Christ follower. Farmer's wife. Mom. Gardener. Artist.
I love to create surface design patterns and mandalas (and, and and...). You can find my work at the links below. We live on a little 20 acre farm in the middle of nowhere, and that's what I mostly like to blog about. Home, gardening, Jesus, cats. All my favorite things. Welcome :) MY SHOPS
