Let the weeds grow!
Plantain is one of my new favorite plants. We have a packet of heirloom plantain seeds, but when I realized these were already growing freely all over our property, I opted to let them grow where they already were.
Last year a friend shared a video about these amazing "weeds" and how to use them to stop a wasp sting--and then I got stung by a wasp and knew exactly what to do--it worked great!
Here's a great blog post about what plantain can be used for:

Hi, I'm Kristi! Christ follower. Farmer's wife. Mom. Gardener. Artist.
I love to create surface design patterns and mandalas (and, and and...). You can find my work at the links below. We live on a little 20 acre farm in the middle of nowhere, and that's what I mostly like to blog about. Home, gardening, Jesus, cats. All my favorite things.

This is one of my most very popular designs. I love seeing my fabric on children's clothing and accessories. <3
