I've always been a fan of patchwork, so this year I wanted to create a Christmas collection that would be perfect for just that. I love how it turned out. <3 Candy canes, stars, and lots of gold with a primitive feel to it. I hope you like it!
You can view this collection in my Spoonflower shop here:
Here are a few of the designs included...
Happy Thanksgiving week!!
I plan to spend the latter part of this week eating turkey and scouting out good sales for Christmas gifts, so I thought I'd take some time today to share my shop links and info you might be looking for soon!
Since I sell my designs through several different avenues, I do not control discounts or shipping, so if you have payment or shipping questions, please contact the site you're ordering from, since I can't help with that part. :)

A Time for Everything, Ecclesiastes 3
1For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:
2a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
3a time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6a time to seek, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7a time to tear, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8a time to love, and a time to hate;
a time for war, and a time for peace.
November is a time for...
Here's a little look at the castle grounds in the fall.
The garden is dwindling, but still trying. We dug the sweet potatoes last week, and they are HUGE. My Atlantic Giant pumpkin, which isn't very giant, is still trying to make it--we will see how much of this cool dark weather it can take.
Dark evenings make for much less garden work, and dark mornings make for less sunrise photos...but it's still. so. wonderful.
My new fall designs are now available in my Spoonflower shop! I'm proud of this collection--fall is my favorite, so this golden orange color scheme is a bit thrilling to work with. <3
I focused on my faves--crunchy autumn leaves, pumpkins, stars, and of course, toasty warm mugs of coffee.
You can find them at this link: https://www.spoonflower.com/collections/281053-fall-project-by-bohobear
As always, in my Spoonflower shop you can purchase designs on many different types of fabric, wallpaper, and gift wrap. So fun!
It's fall, y'all!
These lovelies are a few years old now, but I still love them and remember creating them. <3

As always, in my Spoonflower shop you can purchase designs on many different types of fabric, wallpaper, and gift wrap. Yay!
The sky absolutely fascinates me. <3
One of my dreams when we moved was to be able to live in one of the darkest areas and possibly maybe even see the Milky Way. And while I can't get a good photo of the Milky Way, it's absolutely stunning and clear quite often.
God is good--He hears our prayers. #10000000000gifts
Here's a tiny clip so you can hear the night sounds.
Isaiah 40:26-31 The Message (MSG)25-26 “So—who is like me?
Who holds a candle to me?” says The Holy.
Look at the night skies:
Who do you think made all this?
Who marches this army of stars out each night,
counts them off, calls each by name
—so magnificent! so powerful!--
and never overlooks a single one?
27-31 Why would you ever complain, O Jacob,
or, whine, Israel, saying,
“God has lost track of me.
He doesn’t care what happens to me”?
Don’t you know anything? Haven’t you been listening?
God doesn’t come and go. God lasts.
He’s Creator of all you can see or imagine.
He doesn’t get tired out, doesn’t pause to catch his breath.
And he knows everything, inside and out.
He energizes those who get tired,
gives fresh strength to dropouts.
For even young people tire and drop out,
young folk in their prime stumble and fall.
But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.
They spread their wings and soar like eagles,
They run and don’t get tired,
they walk and don’t lag behind.
If you follow me on social media, you know one of my favorite hashtags is #DugginsCastleSky. If I could manage a camera that could take amazing night photos, you would definitely see a LOT more this hashtag, since we get amazing views of the Milky Way on clear nights. (Nothin' like country livin'!)
It feels like the intense heat of summer might finally be gone, and wonderful September days means ever so many more glorious morning drives. Albeit, the sun is in our eyes for 45 minutes as we drive into the east, but as you can see, there are glorious sunrises to be found. <3
Some mornings produce intense fog and crisp light all within minutes. *Swoon*
God is GOOD and gracious to make such art in the sky every morning. He didn't have to, He just wanted to. *double swoon*
Which brings me to one of my other favorite hashtags.---> #1000gifts :)
Here are a few snaps of the glorious sky on our morning drives so far this week...
He has made everything beautiful in its time.
He has also set eternity in the human heart;
yet no one can fathom
what God has done from beginning to end.

This is one of my most very popular designs. I love seeing my fabric on children's clothing and accessories. <3
