It became evident upon drying (and flaking!) that I will need to sand the bench to do a proper job of painting before I can seal it. Oh, well! Not unexpected at all. I went ahead and moved it to the front porch for now anyway, in it's rustic teal and still a bit red condition. :)
We're still working on the picnic table out back. Baby steps with the paint brush, because there are only so many hours in a tired mama's day!
And if you guessed that my doorknobs and faucets now have bits of teal on them, you'd be 100% correct. ;)
