This is our glorious new mini-pond Celia and I are digging out. The sump pump continuously drains our basement, so we decided to take advantage of all that glorious water and make our own pond. Time to research how to keep the water from soaking into the ground! Homeschool project! :)
This is Celia's toad! And, Celia being Celia, I trust that she's correct, because I wouldn't know a frog from a toad if you paid me. (But if you want to pay me, I'll totally find out for you!)
Childhood bliss. I mean, seriously, this is the best. <3
So today I'm thankful for mud puddles and childhood and toads and frogs.
I'm thankful for my incredibly resourceful husband, and never-ending quest to take care of his family. (swoon)
And chickens. Who knew how much fun chickens would be!?
Hi, I'm Kristi! Christ follower. Farmer's wife. Mom. Gardener. Artist.
I love to create surface design patterns and mandalas (and, and and...). You can find my work at the links below. We live on a little 20 acre farm in the middle of nowhere, and that's what I mostly like to blog about. Home, gardening, Jesus, cats. All my favorite things.

This is one of my most very popular designs. I love seeing my fabric on children's clothing and accessories. <3
