Those sparkly pumpkins keep dancing in my head like sugar plums! Celia and I procured our painting supplies yesterday and we have high hopes of creating a pretty sparkly pumpkin this evening. (squee!)
For my birthday Miss Celia got me this adorable little pumpkin votive holder. She knows her mama well. :)
There are millions and millions of these lovely yellow flowers down in the field and forest. We drove the Explorer down one night around dusk and the colors even in such dim lighting were gorgeous.
Our drives are still filled with me trying to capture the amazing sunrises and sunsets.
I've been working on painting the back porch and trim. I took off the shutters...I think I like it. Here's a not-that-great shot I took in the evening. I'll hopefully get a bit more finished up soon and take some decent sunlit photos soon.
And then, of course, more pictures of the sky. My camera roll is full of pictures of the sky. Not very many great ones, but I try anyway!
Welp, that's a nice little update for today.
Fall is coming on quickly and there's gardening to be done, more firewood to find, and pumpkin candles to burn.
Hi, I'm Kristi! Christ follower. Farmer's wife. Mom. Gardener. Artist.
I love to create surface design patterns and mandalas (and, and and...). You can find my work at the links below. We live on a little 20 acre farm in the middle of nowhere, and that's what I mostly like to blog about. Home, gardening, Jesus, cats. All my favorite things.

This is one of my most very popular designs. I love seeing my fabric on children's clothing and accessories. <3
