Since I'm always recommending my favorite things, I figured I'd start posting some of my supplements here on my LIFE blog so you can benefit from my research too.
One of the most important things I learned from Dr. Atkins was to take my vitamins. Despite all best efforts, with the food available these days, we just don't get what we need. I have an inkling this has something to do with not eating local, seasonal foods, but I digress to >science< on this one and do what I feel is best for my body. I absolutely avoid sugar and unnecessary chemicals in vitamins...and now I have to watch for gluten too.
