I've been absorbing everything Kris Carr says for months now, so finally, I *had* to buy a juicer and try this thing out. YUM! I don't know the carb counts with juicing a veggie instead of eating it--will look that up later--but it doesn't make me sleepy, and yumyumyum!
This morning I put in too much ginger, so I thought I'd try thinning it out with water and added some cinnamon and vanilla stevia drops. Yum! Who knew, right!?
I don't have exact ratios...too busy to do that! ... but this morning I used 1 medium cucumber, about 2 cups of spinach, probably 2 cups of kale, about a one inch hunk of ginger and maybe 1/3 cup blueberries! It was very strong, so this is about a fourth of that concoction over ice with twice as much water, and cinnamon and vanilla stevia drops. (You really just have to adjust it to your own taste.)
