My recurring wrist pain (tests say it's not carpal tunnel, and I'm not keen on further testing at this time!) has been sneaking back up on me. With all the extra work I've been doing for Christmas orders, I need my wrist! Instead of anti-inflammatories and pain killers, I've added actual cherries (in addition to the juice) to my diet.
