I've been too busy to blog properly...needless to say, Thanksgiving is always a challenge with all my special food needs. But I'm looking forward to TURKEY! My mom knows I can't eat junk, and she never uses pre-packaged seasonings on it anyway, so I know I'm very safe there!
I've been tweaking my pumpkin cheesecake recipe this week--oh the sorrows of having extra pumpkin cheesecake around the house--not! I've come up with a pretty good mostly-low-carb, gluten-free pumpkin cheesecake with a yummy crumble topping tool. Heavenly nomz. I hope to post pics & a recipe soon. Don't hold your breath though. :) I'm going to make some yummy green bean casserole-ish dish too. I seriously miss those wonderful french fried onions on top--but I have a plan to create something similar. We shall see! That is all. Go back to your pre-holiday freaking out now!
