I made this one night when I was munchy for something sweet but not interested in actually baking...
Equal amounts of peanut butter (no sugar added, of course!) and almond flour (No, I didn't measure. Maybe a tablespoon or two of each.)
Add Stevia. To taste.
Stir with a spoon.
Eat. With said spoon.
I considered adding vanilla, but since I had none, I decided it was pretty perfect as is. Has a nice mushy/chewy-ish-ness that no-bakes have. Tonight I might go *crazy* and throw in some cocoa powder.
