So I posted about my new police box fabric a little while back.
It turned out super cute as a sheet for my daughter's twin bed.
So when I was cleaning her room the other day, I thought, ooooh, this would make a fun curtain! So I just tucked it up over the curtain rod to see how it would look! Well, it looks really wrinkled, is how it looks, but that's real life for ya! No fancy editing for my blog. This is what a *real* 8 year old's room looks like!
No, that's not a tiny alien head behind the curtain, it's a window fan. :)
I love the way it has a kind of glow behind it. You could line it to make a room-darkening curtain, but I'm thinking I might splurge and get this printed on the heavy cotton twill to just block out more light by itself.
So what do you think? Fun, right?
Did you spot the cat in the photos? :)
PS--updated version of this design has a smaller background repeat.
